Intertape Polymer Group's “New and Improved” E-Business Customer Center
We are pleased to announce IPG has launched a “New and Improved” version of our B2B site on May 4, 2009. The B2B site has been updated with a sophisticated new design, greatly improved functionality, and a few new features. As always, IPG continues to present you with an up to the minute real-time link to your orders and pricing in IPG's system. This online service is designed to provide IPG customers with timely communication of vital information.
We believe you’ll find it easier to login, navigate through the B2B site to find the specific order or pricing information you’re looking for.
E-Business Customer Center Improvements
Intertape Polymer’s B2B improvements begin with the Login page which now features one login location, no matter where the customer is located. There is now a “forgot password” feature which will assist customers with remembering their password, by sending an email to the user with their password information, upon request.
The improvements continue after Login. The first page you’ll see is the Contact Us information page. From there, you’ll easily be able to navigate the Account Lookup (formally “Switch Accounts”), Order Status, Price Inquiry, and the Value Vault (select privileges only) by clicking on the appropriate tab at the top of the screen.
New features included the Login improvements, and the Account Lookup capabilities. Please contact your IPG Customer Service Representative for updated B2B instructions or navigation assistance.
