 E-Business Customer Center Continueous Improvements

May 4, 2009, Intertape Polymer enhanced the B2B Customer Center beginning with the Login page which now features one login location, no matter where the customer is located.   There is now a “forgot password” feature which will assist customers with remembering their password, by sending an email to the user with their password information, upon request.

The improvements continue after Login.   The first page you’ll see is the Contact Us information page.   From there, you’ll easily be able to navigate the Account Lookup (formally “Switch Accounts”), Order Status, Price Inquiry, and the Value Vault (select privileges only) by clicking on the appropriate tab at the top of the screen.  

January 18, 2010, Intertape Polymer enhanced the look and functionality of the Price Schedules located on the Pricing Inquiry tab.  IPG's new PDF version of their price schedules have a new vertical format, with and interactive table of contents, and book marks to help decrease look up time for specific products.   IPG's Price Schedules can now be downloaded for ALL product categories, so users can access all IPG product price on one price schedule.  IPG continues to offer their price schedules in a downloadable CSV format that can be easily copied to Microsoft Excel for easy upload to most product pricing applications.

New features included the Login improvements, and the Account Lookup capabilities.   Please contact your IPG Customer Service Representative for updated B2B instructions or navigation assistance.
