Engineered to meet requirements for masking of aircraft surfaces during chemical paint stripping process. Aggressive acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive provides instant, water-resistant adhesion to clean / dry surfaces. Adheres well to itself (where overlapped) yet dispenses from the roll for easy application. Remains flexible and resists cracking and lifting. Conforms to irregular / curved surfaces. Can also be used for electroplating, heat reflection/dissipation and to seam and seal fiberglass duct board, sheet metal ductwork, and flexible duct wrap to enhance appearance and maintain vapor barrier integrity. Recommended minimum application temperature: 35ºF. Also can be used for electroplating (of aluminum), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and other Aerospace, Industrial, Marine and Appliance industry applications.

DCFR16

White, 1/16" thick closed cell crosslinked double-coated rubber adhesive PE foam has high tack properties. Ideal for multiple foam tape applications requiring heavy duty hold and moisture resistance on difficult adhesion surfaces.
